This is an exciting opportunity for someone to start their career in IT Support working for this Global Company who develop software to various clients.
This role would suit a Junior or recent Graduate.
Responsibilities
The Junior IT Support Analyst will be expected to work full time in offices in Hertford in a small team supporting both internal and external customers with infrastructure support as well as software/application support.
The Junior IT Support Analyst will provide BAU as well as working on a variety of different projects.
A willingness and ambition to learn is key for this role, as well as good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience with Linux and AWS is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
